TnTs Shipping Policy

At TnTs, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and reliable shipping experience. We work with trusted partners, Sendle and Australia Post (Aupost), to ensure that your tea and teaware reach you safely and promptly. Below are the details regarding our shipping policy:

1. Shipping Methods and Partners
We offer a variety of shipping options, depending on your location. We use Sendle for our eco-friendly and cost-effective deliveries, and Australia Post (Aupost) for nationwide and international shipping. Both services are reliable and trackable, giving you peace of mind with every order.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking information for easy tracking.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Sendle or Aupost)
  • Express Shipping (Sendle or Aupost)

4. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary based on your location. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may be affected by third-party courier delays, holidays, and unforeseen events.

  • Domestic Shipping (Australia):
    • Standard: 3–7 business days
    • Express: 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the destination country. Typically, international deliveries can take 7–21 business days.

Please note that customs processing may cause delays for international orders, which are beyond our control.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes for both domestic and international orders. However, please ensure that you provide the correct P.O. Box address at checkout to avoid any delivery issues.

6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through Sendle or Australia Post’s tracking system.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately to update your details before we ship your order.

8. Shipping Restrictions

9. Lost or Damaged Items
While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely, once a package is with our shipping partners, we are no longer responsible for any loss or damage during transit. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact Sendle or Australia Post directly to file a claim. If you experience any issues, please notify us, and we will assist in resolving the matter.

10. Return Shipping
If you need to return a product, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details. In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective items or shipping errors), we will cover the return shipping costs.

11. International Customs and Duties
For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, taxes, and import duties may be levied by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees at checkout.
